Amid Catholic leaders’ calls for excommunication, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has dug in his heels and defended a controversial state law that loosens the rules on abortion.
The law allows abortions to be performed by non-doctors up until the point of birth for many reasons. Cuomo, who touts his Catholic faith and who once was an altar boy, brushed off criticism of the law on Tuesday.
“The Catholic Church doesn’t believe in a woman’s right to choose. Yes, I understand their religious view,” he said. “But I’m not here to legislate religion.”
Cuomo pointed out that his father, Mario Cuomo, the late former three-term mayor, received similar criticism for his support of abortion.
“Bishops attacking Governor Cuomo,” he said with laughter. “Let’s pull that headline up from about 30 years ago.”
Cuomo said it is all part of a push for “socially progressive” legislation in direct opposition of the Trump administration “that wants to roll back Roe v. Wade.” He went further, saying not only would he like to put Roe v. Wade into law, but he’d “like to incorporate it into the constitution.”
The law has come under fire by devout Catholics and religious leaders, who call it draconian and inhumane. Some Catholic leaders have called on Cuomo to be excommunicated for championing the law.
New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan — who doesn’t think Cuomo should be excommunicated over a political decision — rebuked the Democratic governor from a purely human rights perspective, especially for publicly celebrating a law the New York City cardinal told “Fox & Friends” is “ghoulish, grisly, and gruesome.”
Last week, Cuomo framed his decision as giving New York women “the fundamental right to control their own body.”
In a back and forth between the governor and the Catholic church, Cuomo went after the church for pushback against passing the Child Victims Act. He said he’s with Pope Francis, but Dolan insists Cuomo is taking quotes out of context.
Father Jonathan Morris told “America’s Newsroom” Tuesday Cuomo is trying to use the “disgusting” abuse of minors by the Catholic church as a way to say he is “morally correct” after passing the “Reproductive Health Act.”
Morris said excommunication is still an option but doesn’t seem like it would be helpful or effective.
“For some reason he still calls himself a Catholic,” Morris said, “I would just say come back or just say you’re not a Catholic.”Caleb Parke is an associate editor for FoxNews.com. You can follow him on Twitter @calebparke
Malika El Aroud is the widow of a Taliban jihadist, Abdessatar Dahmane. Dahmane had posed as a television journalist in Belgium to assassinate the Afghan political and military leader Ahmad Shah Massoud.
Also in October, an appeals court in Belgium stripped Moroccan imam Fouad Belkacem of his Belgian citizenship.
Belgium imprisoned Belkacem in 2013 after determining that his Sharia4Belgium group had sent dozens of individuals to fight in Syria.
Psychopathic people and behavior are found within all cultures and religions. But one tops them all — by many lengths.
The daily mass killings, terror, persecutions and family executions committed by the followers of Islam are nauseating, and the ingenuity behind the attacks — always looking for new and more effective ways of killing and terrorizing people — is astonishing: hijacking jumbo jets and flying them into skyscrapers, hunting unarmed and innocent people with grenades and automatic rifles in shopping malls, planting bombs in one’s own body, using model airplanes as drones, attaching large rotating blades to pickup trucks and using them as human lawn movers, killing family members with acid or fire, hanging people publicly from cranes in front of cheering crowds, etc.
It makes one ask oneself: what creates such lack of empathy and almost playful and creative attitude towards murdering perceived enemies?
This is a question for psychologists like me.
Studying the Muslim mind
Nobody is born a mass murderer, a rapist or a violent criminal. So what is it in the Muslim culture that influence their children in a way that make so relatively many Muslims harm other people?
As a psychologist in a Danish youth prison, I had a unique chance to study the mentality of Muslims. 70 percent of youth offenders in Denmark have a Muslim background. I was able to compare them with non-Muslim clients from the same age group with more or less the same social background. I came to the conclusion that Islam and Muslim culture have certain psychological mechanisms that harm people’s development and increase criminal behavior.
I am, of course, aware that Muslims are different, and not all Muslims follow the Quran’s violent and perverted message and their prophet’s equally embarrassing example. But as with all other religions, Islam also influences its followers and the culture they live in.
One could talk about two groups of psychological mechanisms that both singly and combined increase violent behavior. One group is mainly connected with religion, which aims at indoctrinating Islamic values in children as early as possible and with whatever means necessary, including violence and intimidation.
One can understand a Muslim parent’s concern about his offspring’s religious choices, because the Sharia orders the death penalty for their children should they pick another religion than their parents. The other group of mechanisms are more cultural and psychological. These cultural psychological mechanisms are a natural consequence of being influenced by a religion like Islam and stemming from a 1,400 year old tribal society with very limited freedom to develop beyond what the religion allows.
Classical Brainwashing Methods in the Upbringing
Brainwashing people into believing or doing things against their own human nature — such as hating or even killing innocents they do not even know — is traditionally done by combining two things: pain and repetition. The conscious infliction of psychological and physical suffering breaks down the person’s resistance to the constantly repeated message.
Totalitarian regimes use this method to reform political dissidents. Armies in less civilized countries use it to create ruthless soldiers, and religious sects all over the world use it to fanaticize their followers.
During numerous sessions with more than a hundred Muslim clients, I found that violence and repetition of religious messages are prevalent in Muslim families.
Muslim culture simply does not have the same degree of understanding of human development as in civilized societies, and physical pain and threats are therefore often the preferred tool to raise children. This is why so many Muslim girls grow up to accept violence in their marriage, and why Muslim boys grow up to learn that violence is acceptable. And it is the main reason why nine out of ten children removed from their parents by authorities in Copenhagen are from immigrant families. The Muslim tradition of using pain and intimidation as part of disciplining children are also widely used in Muslim schools — also in the West.
Combined with countless repetitions of Quranic verses in Islamic schools and families, all this makes it very difficult for children to defend themselves against being indoctrinated to follow the Quran, even if it is against secular laws, logic, and the most basic understanding of compassion.
And as we know from so many psychological studies, whatever a child is strongly influenced by at that age takes an enormous personal effort to change later in life. It is no wonder that Muslims in general, in spite of Islam’s inhumane nature and obvious inability to equip its followers with humor, compassion and other attractive qualities, are stronger in their faith than any other religious group.
Four Enabling Psychological Factors
Not only does a traditional Islamic upbringing resemble classical brainwashing methods, but also, the culture it generates cultivates four psychological characteristics that further enable and increase violent behavior.
These four mental factors are
lack of self-confidence
no sense of responsibility for oneself
When it comes to anger, Western societies widely agree that it is a sign of weakness. Uncontrolled explosions of this unpleasant feeling are maybe the fastest way of losing face, especially in Northern countries, and though angry people may be feared, they are never respected. In Muslim culture, anger is much more accepted, and being able to intimidate people is seen as strength and source of social status. We even see ethnic Muslim groups or countries proudly declare whole days of anger, and use expressions such as “holy anger” — a term that seems contradictory in peaceful cultures.
In Western societies, the ability to handle criticism constructively if it is justified, and with a shrug if it is misguided, is seen as an expression of self-confidence and authenticity.
As everyone has noticed, this is not the case among Muslims. Here criticism, no matter how true, is seen as an attack on one’s honor, and it is expected that the honor is restored by using whatever means necessary to silence the opponent. Muslims almost never attempt to counter criticism with logical arguments; instead, they try to silence the criticism by pretending to be offended or by name-calling, or by threatening or even killing the messenger.
The third psychological factor concerns responsibility for oneself, and here the psychological phenomenon “locus of control” plays a major role. People raised by Western standards generally have an inner locus of control, meaning that they experience their lives as governed by inner factors, such as one’s own choices, world view, ways of handling emotions and situations, etc. Muslims are raised to experience their lives as being controlled from the outside.
Everything happens “insha’ Allah” — if Allah wills — and the many religious laws, traditions and powerful male authorities leave little room for individual responsibility. This is the cause for the embarrassing and world-famous Muslim victim mentality, where everybody else is blamed and to be punished for the Muslims’ own self-created situation.
Finally, the fourth psychological factor making Muslims vulnerable to the violent message in the Quran concerns tolerance. While Western societies in general define a good person as being open and tolerant, Muslims are told that they are superior to non-Muslims, destined to dominate non-Muslims, and that they must distance themselves socially and emotionally from non-Muslims. The many hateful and dehumanizing verses in the Quran and the Hadiths against non-Muslims closely resemble the psychological propaganda that leaders use against their own people in order to prepare them mentally for fighting and killing the enemy. Killing another person is easier if you hate him and do not perceive him as fully human.
Why Islam Creates Monsters
The cultural and psychological cocktail of anger, low self-esteem, victim mentality, a willingness to be blindly guided by outer authorities, and an aggressive and discriminatory view toward non-Muslims, forced upon Muslims through pain, intimidation and mind-numbing repetitions of the Quran’s almost countless verses promoting hate and violence against non-Muslims, is the reason why Islam creates monsters.
The Psychological Problem within Islam
The problem with Islam and Muslim culture is that there are so many psychological factors pushing its followers towards a violent attitude against non-Muslims that a general violent clash is — at least from a psychological perspective — inevitable. With such strong pressure and such strong emotions within such a large group of people — all pitched against us — we are facing the perfect storm, and I see no possibilities of turning it around. For people to change, they have to want it, to be allowed to change, and to be able to change — and only a tiny minority of Muslims have such lucky conditions.
Far too many people underestimate the power of psychology embedded in religion and culture. As we have already seen, no army of social workers, generous welfare states, sweet-talking politicians, politically correct journalists or democracy-promoting soldiers can stop these enormous forces. Sensible laws on immigration and Islamization in our own countries can limit the amount of suffering, but based on my education and professional experience as a psychologist for Muslims, I estimate that we will not be able to deflect or avoid this many-sided, aggressive movement against our culture.
I do believe that we, as a democratic and educated society can become focused and organized concerning the preservation of our values and constitutions, can win this ongoing conflict started by the often inbred followers of Sharia. The big question is how much of our dignity, our civil rights, and our blood, money and tears will we lose in the process.

The Rohingya military group Arsa carried out deadly massacres and abductions of the Hindu community in Myanmar’s Rakhine state last year, a new report by Amnesty International has revealed.
Testimony collected by Amnesty from dozens of witnesses and survivors of the attacks in Rakhine in August have detailed how up to 99 Hindu men, women and children were killed by Arsa militants armed with knives, swords and sticks. Only those who agreed to convert to Islam were spared.
According to the report, on 25 August last year, Arsa militants, aided by some local Rohingya, descended on the village of Ah Nauk Kha Maung Seik, in the northern Maungdaw township in Rakhine.
They rounded up all 69 Hindu men, women, and children, before executing 53 of them. Some who agreed to convert from Hinduism to Islam were freed. Advertisement
Raj Kumari, 18, who witnessed the attack, told Amnesty: “They slaughtered the men. We were told not to look at them. They had knives. They also had some spades and iron rods. We hid ourselves in the shrubs there and were able to see a little. My uncle, my father, my brother – they were all slaughtered.”
Another witness, Formila, 20, told Amnesty that the Arsa fighters had taken the men away to kill them, then “came back with blood on their swords, and blood on their hands”.
She said: “I saw men holding the heads and hair [of the women] and others were holding knives. And then they cut their throats.”
The report also details other Arsa attacks on 26 August, on the outskirts of Maungdaw town, near Myo Thu Gyi village, where more Hindus and Buddhists were killed.
Amnesty has described the actions of Myanmar’s security services as “crimes against humanity” and the UN has said they bear the “hallmarks of genocide”.
Arsa’s actions have not yet drawn the same international denouncements and calls for accountability.
Tirana Hassan, crisis response director at Amnesty International, said it was important to stress that justice was needed for those who suffered at the hands of the Myanmar military and Arsa. “Both must be condemned – human rights violations or abuses by one side never justify abuses or violations by the other,” Hassan said.
“It’s hard to ignore the sheer brutality of Arsa’s actions, which have left an indelible impression on the survivors we’ve spoken to. Accountability for these atrocities is every bit as crucial as it is for the crimes against humanity carried out by Myanmar’s security forces in northern Rakhine state.”
It has taken months for the full account to come out mainly because of lack of access to northern Rakhine state. The accounts by witnesses also reveal the level of fear that victims had about telling the truth, and that eight Hindu women who fled to refugee camps in Bangladesh were pressured by Arsa to make videos claiming the Myanmar military carried out the violence against them.
Since the Rohingya were forced to flee from northern Rakhine, Arsa’s presence has mainly been online, though the group has been quiet on social media since January. It is not known whether it has plans to mobilise again.
Laura Haigh, an Amnesty researcher who helped compile the report, said it had been “very difficult to get people to open up about Arsa, they are a very elusive group, and there is a fear among the community now in Bangladesh, with the informant killings last year, not to speak out and that there could be reprisals against those who do.”
She added: “There is some concern among people that shedding light on the abuses means in some way that the actions of the military were justified, that it will undermine the need for accountability for the crimes against humanity, which it absolutely does not. This is just another aspect of what happened in August that needs to be investigated.”
The Myanmar government did not respond to request for comment.
There are so few Christian voices stating the obvious, that the obvious is in decline.
‘AXIOS’ to Rev. Graham for having the courage and conviction to boldly rebuke those who hold to the Same God Heresy, to bravely condemn the false religion of Islam, and to blast weak Christian leaders like Pope Francis who deny that Islam is behind jihad terror attacks. Graham recently stated that Islam “is behind the violence and jihad we’re seeing in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and here in this country. “It’s a religion that calls for the extermination of ‘infidels’ outside their faith, specifically Jews and Christians.”
Franklin Graham: Allah and the Christian God ‘Not the Same’
Celebrated evangelical pastor Franklin Graham reacted strongly to a recent Islamic terror attack in Strasbourg, France, warning that radical Islam continues to be a major global threat.
In a two-part tweet Saturday, Rev. Graham, the son of the prominent Christian leader Billy Graham, reminded citizens that Islamic extremism has not ceased to be a menace to the world and that, contrary to popular opinion, the Muslim idea of God is very different from the God worshiped by Christians.
Radical Islam continues to be a huge threat around the world. I thank God for the hard work of the French police & law enforcement who tracked down terrorist Cherif Chekatt. Remember the families of those whose lives were taken and the many wounded. 1/2 https://t.co/edjAvRxde7— Franklin Graham (@Franklin_Graham) December 15, 2018
Contrary to what some may say, the god of Islam & the God of the Christian faith are not the same. The God of the Christian faith is Creator of the Universe & sent His Son, Jesus, to earth to save us from our sin. He can change every heart who will put their faith in Him. 2/2— Franklin Graham (@Franklin_Graham) December 15, 2018
In the past, Rev. Graham has said that bloody jihadist attacks should not surprise anyone, since hatred and violence against nonbelievers are central to the teachings of Islam.
“Why does Islam hate so much?” Graham asked in a 2016 Facebook post. “It’s because the Quran teaches its followers to hate.”
“Jews, Christians and others are to be subdued so that Islam may ‘prevail over all religions,’” he added. “It’s all in the final chapter of the Quran—‘Kill or be killed in battle, and paradise awaits,’” he said.
Graham has been an ongoing critic of theories that would equate Islam to Christianity.
Referring to the Pope’s comments that Islamic attacks do not constitute a “war of religion,” Graham posted on Facebook that “I disagree that it’s not a war of religion. It is most certainly a war of religion.”
The pope has frequently declared that all religions seek peace, and that religious beliefs cannot be the force driving Islamic terrorism. Rather than religious belief, poverty and misguided politics are the force behind jihadism, he has stated.
In his reproach of the pope’s interpretation of Islamic terror, Rev. Graham said that religion “is behind the violence and jihad we’re seeing in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and here in this country.”
“It’s a religion that calls for the extermination of ‘infidels’ outside their faith, specifically Jews and Christians,” Graham said.
Alluding to the murder of Catholic priest Jacques Hamel in northern France by two jihadists, Graham stressed the explicit religious belief that moves Islamic terrorists to perpetrate their crimes.
“It’s a religion that calls on its soldiers to shout ‘Allahu Akbar’ (‘God is Great’ in Arabic) as they behead, rape, and murder in the name of Islam,” he said.
“Radical Islamists are following the teachings of the Quran. We should call it what it is,” Graham concluded.
Sam ShamounThe Quran describes Allah as the best deceiver there is, a liar who is not above using the same evil and wicked schemes of his opponents. For example, the Quran calls Allah a makr, in fact the best makr there is:But they (the Jews) were deceptive, and Allah was deceptive, for Allah is the best of deceivers (Wamakaroowamakara AllahuwaAllahukhayru al-makireena)! S. 3:54; cf. 8:30
Other texts that identify Allah as a makr include:Are they then secure from Allah’s deception (makra Allahi)? None deemeth himself secure from Allah’s deception (makra Allahi) save folk that perish. S. 7:99
So they schemed a scheme: and We schemed a scheme (Wamakaroo makran wamakarna makran), while they perceived not. S. 27:50The word for deception/deceiver/scheme is makr. The lexical sources define the term as:Miim-Kaf-Ra = To practice deceit or guile or circumvention, practice evasion or elusion, to plot, to exercise art or craft or cunning, act with policy, practice stratagem.

(Lane’s Arabic-English Lexicon; source)Lest Muslims accuse these lexicons of bias or distortion notice what Muslim scholar Dr. Mahmoud M. Ayoub says when he asks,”how the word makr (scheming or plotting), which implies deceitfulness or dishonesty, could be attributed to God.” (The Quran and Its Interpreters – The House of Imran [State University of New York Press [SUNY], Albany 1992], Volume II, p. 165; italic emphasis ours)After listing several Muslim sources he quotes a renowned Muslim expositor named ar-Razi who wrote that,”scheming (makr) is actually an act of deception aiming at causing evil. It is not possible to attribute deception to God. Thus the word is one of the muttashabihat [multivalent words of the Quran].” (Ibid., p. 166; italic emphasis ours)Unfortunately for ar-Razi, the Quran attributes deception to Allah since it identifies him as the best makr there is.Ayoub also sources one Muslim who actually boasted of Allah being the best conniver/deceiver/schemer etc.,”Qurtubi observes that some scholars have considered the words ‘best of schemers’ to be one of God’s beautiful names. Thus one would pray, ‘O Best of Schemers, scheme for me!’ Qurtubi also reports that the Prophet used to pray, ‘O God, scheme for me, and do not scheme against me!’ (Qurtubi, IV, pp. 98-99; cf. Zamakhshari, I, p. 366).” (Ibid., p. 166)And here, also, is how one of the earliest sources on the life of Muhammad interpreted Q. 8:30:Then he reminds the apostle of His favour towards him when the people plotted against him ‘to kill him, or to wound him, or to drive him out; and they plotted and God plotted, and is the best of plotters.’ i.e. I DECEIVED them with My firm GUILE so that I delivered you from them. (The Life of Muhammad: A Translation of Ibn Ishaq’s Sirat Rasul Allah, with introduction and notes by Alfred Guillaume [Oxford University Press, Karachi, Tenth impression 1995], p. 323; capital emphasis ours)Thus, the Quran unashamedly calls Muhammad’s god the best liar and deceiver of them all! It even dares to say that ALL deception belongs completely to Allah:And verily, those before them did deceive/scheme (makara), but all deception/scheming is Allah’s (falillahi al-makru). He knows what every person earns, and the disbelievers will know who gets the good end. S. 13:42In fact, the Quran states that Allah actually raises wicked individuals to deceive and scheme:Even so have we placed in every city, ringleaders of its wicked ones, to scheme therein (liyamkuroo): but only against themselves shall they scheme (yamkuroona)! and they know it not. S. 6:123 RodwellAnd further commands people to do evil so that he can then have a reason to destroy them! And when We would destroy a township We send commandment to its folk who live at ease, AND AFTERWARD they commit abomination therein, and so the Word (of doom) hath effect for it, and we annihilate it with complete annihilation. S. 17:16 PickthallThe Quran uses another word to denote that Allah is a liar, a schemer who has no problems using guile, namely kayd:And those who cry lies to Our signs We will draw them on little by little whence they know not; and I respite them — assuredly My guile (kaydee) is sure. S. 7:182-183 Arberry
and I shall respite them — assuredly My guile (kaydee) is sure. LL, V7, p: 166, 167 (Source; underline emphasis ours)The Quran furnishes plenty of examples that exemplify the negative aspect and nature of this term, e.g. those who use kayd are deliberately intending something evil which results in their judgement for employing such wicked schemes:What, have they feet wherewith they walk, or have they hands wherewith they lay hold, or have they eyes wherewith they see, or have they ears wherewith they give ear? Say: ‘Call you then to your associates; then try your guile (keedooni) on me, and give me no respite. S. 7:195 Arberry

So gather your guile (kaydakum); then come in battle-line. Whoever today gains the upper hand shall surely prosper. S. 20:64 Arberry
the day when their guile (kayduhum) shall avail them naught, and they shall not be helped. S. 52:46 Arberry
if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me (kaydun fa keedooni)!’ S. 77:39 ArberryAllah is even portrayed as stooping down to the level of the deceivers and liars by acting like them in his use of guile:They are devising guile (ya keedoona kaydan), and I am devising guile (Wa akeedu kaydan). S. 86:15-16There is more to the story. The Quran uses yet another word in describing the deception of Allah, that word being khida/khuda/khada:Verily, the hypocritesseek to deceive Allah, but it is He Who deceives them (Inna al-munafiqeenayukhadiaaoonaAllaha wahuwakhadiaauhum). And when they stand up for As-Salat (the prayer), they stand with laziness and to be seen of men, and they do not remember Allah but little. S. 4:142 Hilali-KhanHere, once again, is the lexical meaning of this specific word:Kh-Dal-Ayn = To hide/conceal, double or fold, deceive or outwit, pretend, to enter, vary in state/condition, refrain or refuse, relinquish, to be in little demand of, deviate from the right course, resist/unyield/incompliant, turn away and behave proudly.

S. 2:9 Hilali-Khan
And if they would deceive thee (yakhdaaooka), then lo! Allah is Sufficient for thee. Just as there is no doubt that Allah also uses deception in deceiving them!It gets worse. Satan accused Allah of misleading or deceiving him:He said: Now, because Thou hast sent me astray (aghwaytanee), verily I shall lurk in ambush for them on Thy Right Path. S. 7:16 Pickthall
[Iblis (Satan)] said: “O my Lord! Because you misled me(aghwaytanee), I shall indeed adorn the path of error for them (mankind) on the earth, and I shall mislead (walaoghwiyannahum) them all. S. 15:39 Hilali-KhanWhat makes this last reference rather interesting is that Satan promises to do to mankind what Allah did to him, namely, pervert/deceive/mislead people from the path!Lest a Muslim say that these are the lies of Satan, that the enemy was merely slandering Allah, here is a text where the Quran acknowledges that the Devil was right since Allah does pervert/deceive/mislead people from the way:And my sincere counsel will not profit you, if I desire to counsel you sincerely, if God desires to pervert you (yughwiyakum); He is your Lord, and unto Him you shall be returned.’ S. 11:34 ArberryTo say that this is amazing would be a wild understatement.Concluding RemarksOur analysis has shown that Muhammad’s deity is a deceiver who cannot be trusted since he lies without hesitation.A Muslim may contend that Allah only deceives unbelievers who deserve it. The problem with this assertion is that the Muslim scripture teaches that Allah doesn’t merely deceive unbelievers but also his followers. For example, Allah deceived Muhammad into thinking that the fighting men at Badr were fewer in number than they actually were:When Allah showed them to you in your dream as few; and if He had shown them to you as many you would certainly have become weak-hearted and you would have disputed about the matter, but Allah saved (you); surely He is the Knower of what is in the breasts. And when He showed them to you, when you met, as few in your eyes and He made you to appear little in their eyes, in order that Allah might bring about a matter which was to be done, and to Allah are all affairs returned. S. 8:43-44 ShakirHence, Allah lies and deceives both believers and unbelievers without discrimination. Now contrast this with how the true God Yahweh operates:”Early in the morning, Jerub-Baal (that is, Gideon) and all his men camped at the spring of Harod. The camp of Midian was north of them in the valley near the hill of Moreh. The LORD said to Gideon, ‘You have too many men for me to deliver Midian into their hands. In order that Israel may not boast against me that her own strength has saved her, announce now to the people, “Anyone who trembles with fear may turn back and leave Mount Gilead.”’ So twenty-two thousand men left, while ten thousand remained. But the LORD said to Gideon, ‘There are still too many men. Take them down to the water, and I will sift them for you there. If I say, “This one shall go with you,” he shall go; but if I say, “This one shall not go with you,” he shall not go.’ So Gideon took the men down to the water. There the LORD told him, ‘Separate those who lap the water with their tongues like a dog from those who kneel down to drink.’ Three hundred men lapped with their hands to their mouths. All the rest got down on their knees to drink. The LORD said to Gideon, ‘With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands. Let all the other men go, each to his own place.’ So Gideon sent the rest of the Israelites to their tents but kept the three hundred, who took over the provisions and trumpets of the others. Now the camp of Midian lay below him in the valley.” Judges 7:1-8 NIVIf this weren’t bad enough, one of the greatest lies and deceptions that Allah pulled over the world is the crucifixion of Christ. According to the Quran Jesus wasn’t crucified but Allah made it seem that way, thereby foisting Biblical Christianity on the masses! And because of their saying (in boast), “We killed Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allah,” – but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of ‘Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)]: S. 4:157 Hilali-Khan
That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Apostle of God”; – but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:- Y. AliThus, Allah duped the followers of Christ into believing that Jesus died by crucifixion and further deceived them into thinking that he was then raised back to life on the third day. They then went out preaching this message boldly, with some of them dying as martyrs as a result of it!Interestingly, Allah’s schemes or deceptions are so troublesome that they even scared Muhammad. Islam’s prophet was so afraid of the schemes of his god that he prayed that Allah would not deceive him but deceive on his behalf:3551. Ibn Abbas said: “The Prophet used to supplicate, saying: ‘My Lord, aid me and do not aid against me, and grant me victory and do not grant victory over me, plot (scheme/connive/deceive) for me and do not plot (scheme/connive/deceive) against me, guide me and facilitate guidance for me, grant me victory over those who transgress against me. My Lord, make me ever-grateful to You, ever-remembering of You, ever-fearful of You, ever-obedient to You, ever-humble to You, oft-turning and returning to You. My Lord, accept my repentance, wash my sin, answer my call, make firm my proof, make firm my tongue, guide my heart, and remove the treachery of my chest (Rabbi A‘inni Wa La Tu‘in ‘Alayya, Wansurni Wa La Tansur ‘Alayya,WAMKURLi Wa LaTAMKUR‘Alayya, Wahdini Wa Yassir Lil-Huda, Wansurni ‘Ala Man Bagha ‘Alayya. Rabbij‘alni Laka Shakkaran, Laka Dhak-karan, Laka Rahhaban, Laka Mitwa‘an, Laka Mukhbitan, Ilaika Awwahan Muniba. Rabbi Taqabbal Tawabati, Waghsil Hawbati, Wa Ajib Da‘wati, Wa Thab-bit Hujjati, Wa Saddid Lisani Wahdi Qalbi, Waslu Sakhimata Sadri).’” (Sahih) …
[Abu ‘Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. (English Translation of Jami‘ At-Tirmidhi, Compiled by Imam Hafiz Abu ‘Eisa Mohammad Ibn ‘Eisa At-Tirmidhi, translated by Abu Khaliyl (USA), ahadith edited and referenced by Hafiz Tahir Zubair ‘Ali Za’i [Darussalam Publishers & Distributors, First Edition: November 2007], Volume 6, From Hadith No. 3291 to 3956, Chapter 45. The Book Of Supplications From The Messenger Of Allah, pp. 258-259; capital and underline emphasis ours)Muhammad wasn’t the only person troubled by Allah’s lies since his closest companion was deftly afraid of his lord’s schemes. If one is still in doubt as to the meaning of the term makr consider Abu Bakr’s testimony who, despite being promised paradise by Muhammad, was rather uncertain about his status in the hereafter because of how unreliable and fickle his god is:”Although he had such a faith, which was too great to suffice all the inhabitants of the earth, he was afraid that his heart might go astray. So, he used to utter, while weeping: ‘Would that I have been a bitten tree!’ Whenever he was reminded of his position in Allah’s sight, he would say: ‘By Allah! I would not rest assured and feel safe from the deception of Allah (la amanu limakr Allah), even if I had one foot in paradise.’” (Khalid Muhammad Khalid, Successors of the Messenger, translated by Muhammad Mahdi al-Sharif [Dar al-Kotob al-Ilmiyah, Beirut Lebanon, 2005], Book One: Abu Bakr Has Come, p. 99; bold and italic emphasis ours)(1)Now if both Muhammad and Abu Bakr were afraid of Allah’s schemes shouldn’t Muslims also be fearful of their god’s lies and deception? This very unflattering picture of God is quite embarrassing to say the least. After all, which person would be proud of a god who is described as the best deceiver, a beguiler who schemes and deliberately plots evil in order to accomplish his purposes?Such a depiction of the Deity is unbefitting the majesty and glory of the One who called Himself the Truth and who does not lie or change his mind since it is impossible for him to do so:”God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?” Numbers 23:19
“He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a man, that he should change his mind.” 1 Samuel 15:29
“Into your hands I commit my spirit; redeem me, O LORD, the God of truth.” Psalm 31:5
“Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” John 14:6
“a faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time,” Titus 1:2
“Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged.” Hebrews 6:17-18The Quran’s description of Allah best fits the one whom the Lord Jesus identified as the father of all lies:”You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44In light of the foregoing it seems rather hard to deny that the spirit who spoke to Muhammad, the entity who is revealed in the Muslim scripture, is none other than Satan, the enemy of our souls, masquerading as God in order to deceive people away from the truth of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ:”I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him. But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes to you and preachesa Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough… For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” 2 Corinthians 11:2-4, 13-15
“But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!” Galatians 1:8-9Recommended Readinghttp://answering-islam.org/Shamoun/allah_deceiver.htmhttp://answering-islam.org/Authors/Wood/deceptive_god.htmhttp://answering-islam.org/Shamoun/does_god_deceive.htmhttp://answering-islam.org/Shamoun/preserved-crucifixion.htmhttp://answering-islam.org/Responses/Osama/zawadi_paul_deceiver.htmhttp://answering-islam.org/Quran/Contra/command_evil.htmEndnotes(1) It needs to be pointed out that the Muslim translator has deliberately distorted the original text of Muhammad Khalid’s book. Instead of translating the Arabic words limakr Allah as “the deception of Allah” he has decided to render it as, “from Allah’s punishment,” in order to obscure the real meaning. It seems that the Muslim translator was rather embarrassed by Abu Bakr’s statement that Allah is a deceiver whose promises of granting eternal bliss to the faithful cannot be trusted. If the reader is interested in seeing what the original text really says we suggest that they turn to page 70 of the Arabic version of Muhammad Khalid’s book. Moreover, the author conveniently forgot to mention that the reason why Abu Bakr was afraid that his heart might turn away from the faith is because this close companion of Muhammad knew what the Quran says about Allah misleading and turning people away from the guidance:Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allah has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allah has made to go astray? And he whom Allah has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance). S. 4:88
And We sent not a Messenger except with the language of his people, in order that he might make (the Message) clear for them. Then Allah misleads whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. S. 14:4Abu Bakr was therefore fearful of Allah turning his heart away and thereby condemning him to hell since he knew that his god was a deceiver who couldn’t be trusted to do as he says. This is despite the fact that Muhammad had personally guaranteed his salvation!Articles by Sam ShamounAnswering Islam Home Page

The Western intelligentsia’s capacity for self-flagellation and self-hatred seems to be endless. Jack Miles,Religion News Service tell us, is “author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning ‘God: A Biography’ and a retired professor of religion at the University of California Irvine, now offers an erudite and highly readable close reading of Allah’s real nature.”
Miles’ “erudite” take on Allah is that the god of the Qur’an is “more merciful” and “more moral” than the God of the Bible. Miles is, of course, being feted and celebrated for this in all the right places by all the right people, those who know that teaching the people of Western Europe and North America to despise their own culture and heritage, and to love that of Islam, is a good and noble endeavor.
Miles’ claims, however, are completely wrong. In the first place, there is the evidence of present-day reality. There have been well over 30,000 jihad terror attacks worldwide since 9/11; virtually all of them carried out by Muslims acting upon Qur’anic dictates, many of them screaming “Allahu akbar.” There have been no terror attacks committed by Jews screaming the Shema or Christians screaming “Jesus is Lord.” No doubt Christians have behaved violently in the name of Christ throughout the history of Christianity, but in doing so they never invoked the violent passages of the Bible as justification for their acts.
But Miles says: “I offer examples of great violence from Jewish and Christian Scriptures and note that we don’t deduce from that that all Jews and Christians are terrorists in waiting. If we don’t do that for ourselves, we shouldn’t do it for Muslims.” Of course. All Muslims aren’t “terrorists in waiting.” But Miles ignores the real reason why there are so very many Qur’an-motivated terrorists and so few, if any, Bible-motivated terrorists: while there is a great deal of violence in the Bible, it is descriptive, not prescriptive. That is, it describes violent acts commanded by God, and that has created a number of theological problems that have preoccupied many Jews and Christians ever after, but nowhere does it present those violent acts as something to be imitated.
The Qur’an, by contrast, exhorts Muslims to wage war against unbelievers in commands that are presented as universal, that is, applying to all Muslims for all time. It tells believers that “Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. Those who follow him are merciful to one another, ruthless to unbelievers” (48:29). It commands Muslims to “kill them wherever you find them” (2:191, 4:89) and “kill the idolaters wherever you find them” (9:5, and remember, Islam considers virtually all other religions to be idolatrous in one way or another). It commands Muslims to wage war against and subjugate Jews, Christians, and other “People of the Book” (9:29).
The idea that these Qur’an passages are not limited to a long-past time and faraway place, but are open-ended and still valid for Muslims, has been taught by Islamic exegetes from Muhammad’s first biographer Ibn Ishaq up to the present day. Muslim scholars throughout the history of Islam have taught that these passages and others like them mandate offensive jihad against unbelievers as the highest and final stage of the Qur’an’s teaching on jihad.
And as for Allah being “more moral” than the God of the Bible, consider these passages from the New Testament and the Qur’an:
“God our Savior…desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (I Timothy 2:3-4)
“And if we had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me will come into effect: I will surely fill Hell with jinn and people all together.” (Qur’an 32:13)
So Allah is saying that he could have saved everyone, but has instead decided to torture some people in hell for all eternity, just because. “We’re talking about the same being,” Professor Miles? No, we aren’t.
https://www.understandingthethreat.com/women-in-islam-part-1/ The West is shocked by the disgusting and barbaric brutal murder of Louisa Vesterager Jespersen and Maren Ueland. The rape (sex slaves) and murder (beheading) of these women are legal under Islamic sharia. These two women were daughters of parents who cautioned them to be careful, but trusted their judgement. Louisa and Maren trusted they would be safe because they were educated with the “coexist” mentality and told Islam is a “religion of peace.” Louisa and Maren were students at the University of South Eastern Norway, and studied outdoor recreation. The women took a month long holiday to explore, and reassured their families they would be safe. The last place they visited before being murdered was the village of Imlil, known for being the base of Toubkal (the highest peak in North Africa). Their ravaged bodies were found on December 17, 2018 by fellow hikers. Several jihadis who sexually assaulted and beheaded Louisa and Maren have been arrested. A video posted on social media show the killing of one of the women while the jihadis can be heard saying “It’s Allah’s will…This is revenge for our brothers in Hajine in Syria. These are your heads, enemy of God.” Another video showed the jihadis swearing allegiance to the Islamic State. Moroccan authorities and Norway’s National Criminal Investigation Service stated the videos are authentic. Denmark’s prime minister Lars Loekke Rasmussen said the killings can be considered “politically motivated and thus an act of terror.” The rape of captive women is allowed under sharia. During an interview on Al-Hayat TV, Suad Saleh, a professor from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt – the pre-eminent school of Islamic jurisprudence on earth – said, “The female prisoners of wars are those whom you own. In order to humiliate them, they become the property of the army commander, or of a Muslim, and he can have sex with them just like he has sex with his wives.” Part of this interview can be seen on YouTube here. In Islamic law: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” (Umdat al-Salik, Islamic Sacred Law, Reliance of the Traveller, O9.13) Reliance of the Traveller (hereafter Reliance) is a book of authoritative sharia. Leading Muslim Brotherhood organization, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), says Reliance should be in the home of every muslim in America. This book of sharia is also widely available at the Muslim Brotherhood’s MAS-ICNA conferences. Reliance legally defines jihad as “war against non-Muslims” and is “obligatory” until the world is under sharia. Activist, TV host, and former candidate for the Kuwaiti parliament, Salwa al-Mutairi, said she was in favor of the Islamic practice of sex slavery of non-Muslim women, and “There is no shame in it and it is not haram” (forbidden under sharia law). Media sources also report Mutairi recently visited Mecca and reports Saudi muftis – senior Islamic legal scholars – told her muslims owning sex slaves is lawful under sharia. Salwa al-Mutairi also asked other religious scholars and experts in Kuwait and reports, “they said that for the average good religious man, the only way to avoid forbidden relations with women is to purchase slave girls.” Mutairi explained she supported this law. So does Islam allow muslims to behead non-muslims? “God revealed His will to the angels, saying: ‘I shall be with you. Give courage to the believers. I shall cast terror into the hearts of the infidels. Strike off their heads, strike off the very tips of their fingers.’” (Koran 8:12) “When you meet the unbelievers in the battlefield strike off their heads.” (Koran 47:4) The most authoritative biography of Islam’s prophet Mohammad – The Life of Mohammad, by Ibn Ishaq – records Mohammad participated in beheading 900 Jews after the Battle of the Trench. Since the Koran commands muslims to follow the “perfect example” of Mohammad for all time, it is easy to see how they might believe they are commanded to behead non-Muslims. In the koran the phrase “this whom your right hand possesses,” is repeated fifteen times. This phrase refers to unbeliever females that muslim men can take as sex slaves. Since Mohammad took sex slaves, it is easy to see how muslims might believe they are commanded to take sex-slaves. What happens overseas is happening or will happen here. Islamic jihadis are doing what their god Allah commands them to do in the Koran and what their prophet Mohammad – the “perfect example” – did. Do you want your wife, sister, mother, friend or daughter to be violated this way? Learn about Islam, know the threat! UTT will be detailing how sharia views muslim and non-muslims women in our “WOMEN in ISLAM” series over the next several weeks. Islam proudly claims it was the first to give women their rights and that women are honored and protected. Well, it must be true. So what are the rights of women under the Sharia?
Islamic women’s rights include:
• The right for her testimony to be half that of a man.
• The right to be beaten by her husband
• Kafir women have the right to be sex slaves
• The right to be in a harem
Modern feminists do not criticize anything about Islam and women. Wife beating, as an example, is simply a cultural thing and all cultures are the same. The more brutal the treatments of women who are not white, the more neo-feminists refuse to criticize because it is racist.
